We said farewell to our old married couple, ”Buster” and Greta. Alabaster (Algomej x Ali Nora by Ali Bek) was born in 1984 and has been with us since 1986. He was one of our first arabians and as such partly responsible for all those that have followed through the years. He was a great personality, sweet, proud and dramatic and could show off his Algomej-moves well into his old age. Age was, however, beginning to take its toll on him, and as his ”wife” and best friend Greta fell ill, we finally decided to let them go quietly together. Greta Garbo (Bomarc x Gabriella Light by Lotny) was a lovely, classic mare and we are happy to have her two athletic and charismatic daughters with us. ”Buster” and Greta will be missed, but never forgotten.

Girlan-Bey** has entered his first two dressage competitions locally, where he has competed among warmbloods and other breeds.
He attracts attention at these events, to say the least, and we’ve been getting so many positive comments about him. Good PR for our breed! The judges have particularly praised his elastic, cadenced movements and his great potential for further development in dressage.
Girlan himself is having great fun both training and competing, literally oozing positive energy and making wonderful progress. We are all eagerly looking forward to his next competition!

OKS Egatraz is currently being given his first introduction to life under saddle. He is making nice progress, showing great confidence and courage. On New Year’s Eve we made a video of him, which includes some footage under saddle! There are also new photos on his webpage. OKS Egatraz is a true athlete, in need of an ambitious new home. Endurance, racing, eventing… the sky is the limit.
Our sweet and gentle OKS Paris has also been started under saddle, which he did with great ease. He is done for now and is enjoying a well-deserved long period of rest throughout the winter and spring.
We invite all inquiries regarding sales horses. Since we are expecting new Girlan-foals this spring, one or two of our fillies may also be available for sale.
